PNBSU Jammu holds executive meeting, vows to protect rights

JAMMU, July 12: The Punjab National Bank Staff Union (PNBSU), Jammu, an affiliate of the All India Punjab National Bank Employees Federation, held its executive body meeting today at Fusion Dance and Fitness Studio, Jammu.
The session was chaired by General Secretary Davinder Kumar (Bittu) and witnessed active participation from all office bearers and members of the union.
The meeting primarily focused on key issues concerning the workmen staff of Punjab National Bank.
Members discussed ways to safeguard the rights and privileges of award staff in accordance with the bipartite settlement and the broader industrial agreement at the national level.
It was resolved that the union would continue its struggle to protect employee interests and ensure that the voices of the staff are heard.
A major point of discussion was the need to resist any unjust policies that might be introduced by the management.
Members collectively pledged to oppose such measures and reaffirmed their commitment to stand united in support of employee welfare.
The leadership emphasized the importance of collective efforts in safeguarding the dignity and rights of the workforce.
During the meeting, the members were congratulated for the success of the nationwide strike held on July 9, which was described as a significant achievement for the union.
