Do not evict farmer from land: Telangana high court

The Telangana High Court has intervened to protect a 72-year-old farmer, Annamoni Anthaiah, from eviction from his 1.2-acre land in Rangareddy district. Anthaiah claimed ownership through a 1985 registered sale deed, but faced eviction attempts based on allegations that the land was Bhoodan property.
