DHS conducts inspection of PHC Ghou Manhasan

JAMMU, Oct 10: Director Health Services Jammu, Dr. Abdul Hamid Zargar, conducted an inspection of the Primary Health Centre (PHC) Ghou Manhasan to assess its functioning and review the overall healthcare delivery system.
During the visit, Dr. Zargar interacted with the medical and paramedical staff and took a comprehensive review of patient care services, availability of essential medicines, diagnostic facilities, and the overall cleanliness of the premises. He emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline, punctuality, and extending compassionate care to patients.
The Director also inspected various sections of the PHC, including the Outpatient Department (OPD), Labour Room, Immunization section and laboratory, and appreciated the dedication of the staff in ensuring efficient healthcare delivery in the rural area. He instructed the concerned officials to ensure effective implementation of all National Health Programmes and to strengthen preventive and promotive healthcare measures at the grassroots level.
Reaffirming the health department’s commitment to providing quality healthcare services across the Jammu Division, Dr. Zargar assured that all necessary support would be provided for the upgradation and improvement of facilities at PHC Ghou Manhasan.
