Pune: Man-eater leopard that killed 3 people in last 20 days shot dead in Pimparkhed

A man-eater leopard, responsible for three deaths in Pune district, was shot dead by forest officials and a rescue team. The operation followed widespread public anger and protests, including a highway blockade, after the predator killed a 13-year-old boy. The leopard was located using camera traps and drones before being neutralized.
