Delhi Police arrest railway clerk for raping after false marriage promise on matrimonial site

Delhi Police arrested Teekam, a 31-year-old railway clerk, from Rajasthan for allegedly raping a woman he met on a matrimonial website. The victim reported that Teekam established a physical relationship with her under the false promise of marriage, later refusing to proceed.
