Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.3, "The Fall at Dawn’s Rise," launches on May 21, concluding the Flame-Chase Journey with a dramatic conflict. The update introduces two new five-star characters: Hyacine, a Wind-type support, and Cipher, a Quantum-type damage dealer.
