Thousands attend Tiranga Yatra to honour armed forces

The Rashtriya Suraksha Nagrik Manch, Jalandhar, along with BJP leaders and various religious, social and political organisations of the city organised the first grand Tiranga Yatra of Punjab dedicated to the victory of Operation Sindoor and the honour of soldiers. Thousands of people joined the Tiranga Yatra.

The Tiranga Yatra passed through Company Bagh Chowk (Shri Ram Chowk) and the main markets of the city.

Sushil Sharma from the manch thanked everyone for participating in the yatra. The stage was conducted by BJP leader Ashok Sarin Hickey.

On the occasion, slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai were raised and leaders said the whole country is saluting the valour of the Army.

They said it was due to the indomitable courage and bravery of the soldiers that India broke the back of Pakistan, which has been seen the world over. The world also saw the shameless face of Pakistan and its masters, wherein leaders and military officers of the country also participated in the funeral of terrorists.

The leaders also said with Operation Sindoor, the message has gone in the world that whoever points a finger at India and tries to breach the security against the nation’s honour, the Army will not waste any time in wiping them out.

They said the world condemned the barbaric incident in Pahalgam, on April 22 by the terrorists, but remained silent on Pakistan.
